Sweet. The longhorn background is really good. But besides, vista is supposed to be able to do a whole host of new things, including being able to turn your windos around as if they were real sheets of paper.

Check out Paul Thurrott's WinSuperSite. It has reviews and previews on Windoze Vista. The only problem is- Vista can only do things like that- Play with windows like sheets of paper. Its graphics engine is so powerful that when you move windows, they flutter like sheets of paper drawn through the wind, they can be translucent and nearly transparent. You can even flip through all your open windows with transparency effects.

To Ram: Thanks, but I've already seen that. Do you have any idea where I could download a replica of the Vista sidebar? I have one, but it's kinda crappy.

Yeah, the transparency effects are called the "glass" effects in Vista.

Ctrl+Alt+{Arrow key} function in XP? Never heard of it. Rebooted just to see what it does- nothing. What are you talking about?
